SHEQ Systems Auditor

You will be reporting to the Head of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality and your role will be to provide high quality auditing and feedback across all business operations. Emphasis will be placed on identifying areas requiring improvement and sharing best practice to reduce risk, increase efficiency and maintain certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & OHSAS18001 and any other relevant standards to which the business subscribes.


Auditing of business operations against subscribed standards and procedures and producing detailed reports

Audit schedule preparation and management across business operations to cover the audit frequency as defined by business or Management system requirements

Review non-conformance trends and update audit schedules where trends identify shortcomings

Provide advice and support to Management in business operations and promote sharing of best practice to ensure successful implementation and operation of the subscribes systems

Maintain professional CPD status

Encourage and support the use of company software

Maintain and utilise template audit checklists which will support the Management review process

Attendance at team / department meetings and other key meetings / presentations as required by the business

Maintain effective cost control during travel arrangements


Knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, OHSAS18001 and sector accreditation schemes (knowledge of ISO 50001 & ISO 45001 would be advantageous)

Experience of auditing in similar role

Strong IT skills, MS Office

Excellent communications skills and report writing

Ability to manage your own time

Full driving licence

Safety related qualifications (environmental qualifications would be advantageous)

A lead Auditor qualification would also be highly desirable

The ideal candidate would be someone who has gained ISO Audit and recognised safety qualifications (NEBOSH) and who has a strong, honest and down to earth manner. This role is vital to the continuous improvement of our business and will require a highly motivated and focused individual.

A successful applicant will receive a salary of £28k – £32k with a company vehicle. You will be based in Shropshire, but with significant travel across the UK.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will provide a professional approach to all contact with our client base and provide our customers with excellent service support through the repair and maintenance of a varied range of light to medium plant machinery.

The candidate must be experienced in the serving and repair of plant machinery included telehandlers, excavators, up to 13 tonne, dumpers, rollers; have good diagnostic skills and provide technical reports whilst being able to work using their own initiative.

Field Technician

Location: Daventry

Role overview: To undertake on site testing as instructed

Key attributes: Managing own workload, team work, self-conduct, Achievement focus and self-development

Roles and responsibilities: Undertake a range of on-site testing in accordance with relevant specification and procedures.
Maintain testing equipment.
Report any faulty / broken equipment to line manager.
Complete all paper work on site for testing undertaken.
Maintain and clean company vehicle a minimum of once a week.
Represent company in a smart and courteous manner.
Assist with training of other team members on test methods, as required.
